I ended up purchasing some patterns from sublime stitching a few weeks ago. I picked up a few skeins of thread at a big sale and I'm all set to start this new little hobby sub-set in full force. I've started working on the sushi patterns in anticipation of our trip, but I can't wait to make something with the Dia de Muertos pattern. I get to review a lot of Spanish material and art books for my current job, so I always love when I find something Day of the Dead related that is totally kitschy! I'm in the process of stitching up the sushi patterns onto fabric squares to be included into a quilt sometime soon.
I have to admire you Rebekah, a hand in every crafty pot and you excel at them all. As well as the amount of items you churn out and I sit here looking at half-completed projects and things that I will start tomorrow.
